After a series on Twitter updates by 233Connect saying that Nigerian rapper, Ice Prince had been dropped from the list of performers for the much-talked about Accra concert for US rapper Fabolous (due to a bad performance at Saturday’s Ghana Music Awards and a breach of contract between Ice prince and 233connect), news coming in now suggests that he is back on the bill for the April 23 show.
Ice Prince Zamani has rendered an official apology to 233 Connect, organizers of the Fabolous Live in Ghana Concert for breaking the exclusivity clause in his performance agreement and has thus reached a gentleman’s agreement to have him remain on the bill. This was after a lengthy meeting between handlers of the artiste as well as 233Connect officials on Sunday at Ice Prince’s hotel in Accra.
“Apologies to @233Connect for breaking the contract, it was an unexpected situation, I am truly sorry,” Ice Prince tweeted on his twitter page on Sunday. The man behind the sensational hit song, ‘Oleku’, will thus share the same stage with Fabolous and Ghanaian acts VIP, 4×4 and Ruff and Smooth amongst a host of other A-list acts on the April 23rd concert.
